Kenneth Ronald Thomas was born 1960, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to Elva A. (Mott) and Charles Stephan Thomas, Jr. He passed away at home on Saturday, April 17, 2021.
Kenneth was born and raised in Atlantic City where he attended St. Nicholas Parochial School and graduated from Holy Spirit High School. He worked as a manager for Resorts Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He also worked as a scheduler for Atlantic Limousines and lastly as a cashier and delivery driver for Rite Aid Pharmacy.
Kenneth was a good cook and loved to make gourmet dinners. He also loved music and had a massive collection of vinyl albums and CDs. He loved fashion and was known for his classy dress. He was a loving and caring brother, nephew and friend. He was a member of St. Monica's Parish and at times would attend New Hope Baptist Church in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Elva and Charles Thomas, Jr.; brothers, Wilbur J. and Kevin Thomas.
Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory: his brothers, Lawrence and Charles S. Thomas III; sisters, D'Bra Ann and Elva Thomas; special niece and nephew he affectionately called his daughter and son, Chiquita and Samuel Beck; aunts, Estelle Beck and Gloria Inloes; uncle, Alfred Daniel Thomas; godchildren, Tahj Hunter and Benneca Thomas; special friends, Ronald Spence and George Johnson; cousin and road partner, Dejuan Bunch; more than a hundred cousins and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be 11AM Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at New Hope Baptist Church, 706-708 Lexington Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey, where friends may call from 9AM. Interment Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville, New Jersey.
