Mrs. Patricia A. (Orner) Lippert, 79, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on September 1, 2020. Pat was born, 24 April 1941, in Harrisburg to Ramon C. Orner and Gertrude B. (Kirk) Orner. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Earl H. Lippert; and her two loving daughters, Lisa A. Edgett, of Copper Center, Alaska, husband, Robert Edgett; and her two children, Shelby L. Bair, of Anchorage, Alaska, husband, Paul Bair and their daughter, Jayd L. Bair; Jared C. Schiefer and Megan Sturgeon, of Rutherford; and her other loving daughter, Michelle D. Carnes, of Middletown, husband, Paul Carnes and their 3 daughters, Katelyn M. Carnes, Presley A. Carnes and Lyndsay R. Carnes. Pat is also survived by her loving sister, Carolyn M. Orner, who has been a mainstay and very big help in Pat’s life for some time; a brother, William Orner, wife Eleanor of Chambers Hill; and sister, Sandy Danner, husband, Larry Danner of Dillsburg; nieces and nephews and a number of other family members and friends, who, along with her family, will all miss Pat so very much. Pat was a graduate of John Harris High School, class of 1959; and was retired from Commonwealth/Mellon National Bank; and Harris Savings Bank. She loved to crochet blankets for family members; she liked going to bingo and making friends there; she liked to watch game shows, movies and Penn State football. Most of all she loved her family, and especially her grandchildren. Pat was a wonderful person, Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, along with being a wonderful friend to many. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 8. 2020 at 1:00 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home Cremation Services, 357 S. Harrisburg St. Oberlin, with the Rev. Arlene Dunn, Chaplin of Asana Hospice. A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Please visit to view a full obituary.
