Life Member of Cathedral Parish Catholic Women’s League and former assistant manager of the Pembroke Farmer’s Market Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital in the presence of her loving family on Thursday March 5, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Yvonne Gendron (nee Deschamps) of Pembroke beloved wife of the late Bert Gendron. Loving mother of Catherine Eggert (Terry), Angela D’Aoust (Pierre), Lawrence Jr., Pauline Bresseau (Ken), Patrick (Barb Hardwood) and Stephen (Allison Wood). Cherished grandmother to Lori Ann (Kerry), Danielle (James), Emily (Andrew), Kyle (Nicole), Katelyn (Ryan), Amanda, Mckenzie, Nick (Makyla), Alexis, and Robert . Great grandmother to Bailey, Shannon, Taylor, Jarred, Riley, Avery, Daniel, Jayson, Blake, Lauren, Hillary, Korben and Macey. Daughter of the late James and Cecilia (nee St. Louis) Deschamps. Dear sister of Margaret , Ann, Colleen, Lorna, Heather, Shelley, Frank, Wilfred, Dennis and Brian. Friends are invited to share their memories of Yvonne with her family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Columbkille’s Cathedral Pembroke on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery.
