Wainman, Pauline (Schloegl) March 13, 2020 We have lost the Rock of Our Family!! Forever in our Hearts! Mom, You are Our Superwoman! You were the Most Wonderful, Loving, Honest, Giving, Humble, Caring & Understanding Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother & Mother-in-Law that Anyone could Ever ask for. Born February 15, 1944 in wartime Yugoslavia. As a Baby, her Family was forced to flee their Farm for a safer place and ended up in Vienna, Austria area (Wiener Neudorf) for the first 6 years of Moms’ life. From there, they made the decision to board the ship, The Beaverbrae, to cross the Atlantic for a New Better Life in Canada. Upon their arrival, they travelled by train to Western Canada. After the stay out West, they decided to return East to set up their Home in Delhi then to Norwich, Ontario where the Family ran a Tobacco Farm. Mom grew up picking tobacco & helping the Family business. After High school, she longed to be on her own and moved to Kitchener where she met our Dad (Cliff) and they had us Three Kids. Mom and Dad had many jobs in the early years before deciding on a successful Real Estate Career which lasted a rewarding 30 years+ together. They worked hard for their Family as we were always #1 & All of their Clients knew that. Loving Mother of Tammy Showers (Emerson), Troy Wainman (Christy) and Paula Williams (Rick). Grandmother to Sherry (Tory), Sheena (Jon) and Kyle (Amy), and Great Grandmother to Brooklyn, Hayden, Hunter, Cameron, Connor, Keegan, Noah, Lukas and Sophia. Survived by her Sister, Caroline Prohammer (John) of Norwich and Loving Aunt to Lynda Clark (Jim); Sister-in-laws Norma Wilson (Norm) of Orillia and Judy Lahay (Monty) of Gravenhurst and Debra Kramer (Gerard) of Waterloo. Many Loving Nieces and Nephews as well. Predeceased by her Husband, Cliff Wainman (2013), Parents Joseph and Katharina Schloegl (1979 & 2007) and Sister Mary Petrovic. She loved Her Family with all her Might and Boy did she love her Cats! May her Many Friends throughout her Life know how she Deeply Cared for them all! Thank you to all on this Journey: From the Staff at GRH, to the Nurses at Care Partners, Hospice of Waterloo and The Staff at Lisaard House. Cremation Arrangements have been made at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener (519-749-8467). The Family invites all who knew her to visit Thursday, March 19, 2020 between 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home for all the Wonderful Memories. My Tribute Gift Foundation makes this online charitable giving portal web page MyTributeGift.org (the “Website”) available to you subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”). Your donation will be processed through My Tribute Gift Foundation for distribution to your selected charity. Your credit card transaction record will appear as My Tribute Gift Foundation. An official tax receipt for your donation will be issued by My Tribute Gift Foundation. Donations are sent out to charities at the end of each month for all donations received in that previous month. So a donation made on the first day of the month would be sent at the same time as one made on last day. Payments would be sent either by paper check or direct deposit. Please note that the there is 3% + 35¢/transaction fee for credit card processing, My Tribute Gift Foundation collects a 5% administrative fee. These fees help fund the cost of processing all donations, issuing tax receipts, and sending all appropriate information to the selected charity. These fees are assumed by your selected charity, but you will receive a receipt for the full amount of your donation. There are NO additional costs the charity has to endure to participate and accept donations through MyTributeGift.org. According to the American Institute for Philanthropy (charitywatch.org) a charitable organization is considered “Good” if they are spending less than 30% on administration and fundraising costs. My Tribute Gift Foundation helps reduce those administrative costs for charities and allows donors to contribute to lasting memorials for their loved ones.
When donating online, if the donation form has an option to add a tip, there is no convenience fee. The tip is optional and can be adjusted before you submit your donation. The amount of the tip will be displayed to you before you confirm the charge to your payment card. Tips are in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount that goes to the charitable organization. Under IRS and CRA rules, tips are not tax deductible to the donor.
You warrant and represent that all information and materials you provide to My Tribute Gift Foundation, through the Website or otherwise, are accurate and truthful and do not violate third party rights. Indemnity. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FOUNDATION PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS AND PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY (COLLECTIVELY "CLAIMS") ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE INFRINGEMENT BY YOU OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ALL LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM SUCH CLAIMS.

As a donor, you are responsible for researching the charity, understanding how your money will be used, and understanding the tax implications of your donation. We will email you a receipt, but the deductibility of your donation depends on your individual tax situation. We are not financial, tax, or legal experts. Please do not rely on our information to make decisions about your finances, taxes or legal matters. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Participating organizations have chosen to actively participate in the “Sponsor Program” to be represented in the Sponsor Charity array in an effort to increase their exposure and the opportunity for more memorial donations to be made to their organization. A rate structure is agreed upon and assessed on each donation processed through that program according to each organization’s individual agreement. Giving through that program has helped many organizations realize a drastic and significant increase in net donations.
If a donation form has a line item of Convenience Fee. The Convenience fee is displayed to you prior to approving the charge to your payment card. The convenience fee is in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount reaching the charitable organization. For example, a $100 donation becomes a $101.50 transaction. The convenience fee is directed immediately to a for-profit service provider. According to IRS and CRA rules the tax deductible receipt will therefore only be issued for the subtotal amount.
My Tribute Gift Foundation seeks to distribute all funds to organizations provided they have maintained active 501c3 certification in the United States or registered charity status in Canada. MTG relies on the beneficiary organizations to maintain and keep up to date contact information on file with the IRS or CRA respectively. This must be done in order for My Tribute Gift Foundation to exercise care and reasonable efforts to distribute payment promptly, without undue cost and burden to the foundation. In the event that a payment has not been deposited 12 months from issuance, the foundation reserves the right to utilize those funds in its mission to the foundation.
My Tribute Gift Foundation reserves the right to modify, change, discontinue and suspend these Terms of Use, the Website, and/or any services offered through the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice to you. Your continued access or use of the Website after modifications to these Terms of Use have been posted on the Website shall indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as modified.
