ROZELIA LEONA TRIGGS was born on July 26, 1948 in Ocean City, NJ and went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 20, 2022.
Educated in the Ocean City and Philadelphia School Systems, she attended Wesley Ave School and Bartram Jr. High. A 40+ year Career Nurse, she formally trained for her LPN at Cape May County VoTech and later attended Atlantic Community College obtaining her RN. Ironically enough her career began attending to Newborns in the hospital Nursery and ended caring for Geriatric Patients. She often teased about the similarities between the two. She retired from her position as 3-11 Nursing Supervisor at Royal Suites Healthcare, Galloway in 2011. She loved her family and proved it by taking on her two greatest assignments: the hospice care of her mother to the end and assuring that her children need not make the same sacrifice for her. In 2013 she admitted herself into Seashore Gàrdens Living Center where she was nicknamed "The Supervisor" as she continued to attempt caring for her fellow residents.
Rozelia was a Member of New Life World Outreach Church in Millville, NJ, Rev. Richard Meyer - Pastor, where she participated in Missions and sang alto on the Praise and Worship Team. She loved to travel and often did so with her Travel Partner, Eld. Barbara. They could be found together at a Major Ministry Conferenceat least twice a year. Loved and Known for her extra long and slow Happy Birthday serenades, bright smile and infectious laughter; she will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
Rozelia was predeceased by her Parents - Rozelia Wiggins Cobb and John Morris, Grand Parents - Rozelia A. and Leonard Wiggins Sr, Uncles - Leonard Jr., Roland and Bernard, Aunts Evelyn, Oleathia, Joan and Elaine,
